Harmony Tackle Football 2026
We are excited to kick off a new season and proudly welcome both our returning families and those new to the Longhorn family. We’re looking forward to a fun, successful, and rewarding year for our athletes and families.
 
Registration Costs
The registration cost for the 2026 tackle football season is $375.
This fee includes:
• Two personalized jerseys (one home and one away) for your athlete to keep after the season
• Equipment rental for the season, including a helmet and shoulder pads
All rented equipment must be returned within seven (7) business days following your final game of the season. Failure to return equipment may result in a fine of up to $500.
 
Payment Information
• A $150 non-refundable Fee is required to hold your child’s roster spot and begin the registration process
• Full payment must be received no later than June 1, 2026.
• No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2026.
 
Code of Conduct & Safety Policy
Our mission is to enable young people to benefit from participation in team sports and activities in a safe and structured environment. Through this active participation, Pop Warner programs teach fundamental values, skills and knowledge that young people will use throughout their lives.
Harmony Youth Football & Cheer is a Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. league dedicated to developing strong, smart, responsible, & healthy young men & women by teaching leadership, teamwork, & discipline through youth football & cheer. 
There will be zero tolerance for violence, vulgar language, or disrespect toward volunteers, athletes, parents, or staff.
All Pop Warner events — including practices, games, and competitions — are weapon-free zones. Weapons of any kind (including knives and firearms), as well as smoking, drinking, or illegal substances, are strictly prohibited.
 
Registration Requirements
To complete registration, you will need to upload:
• A clear photo of your child’s birth certificate
• A passport-style photo of your child (solid background, no hats, no glasses)
Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Team communication will be sent via email and through the GroupMe app, where families will be added by team.

Non-Volunteers Fee:
If you do NOT want to volunteer for chains, MPR, concession, etc. You may pay a $100 fee per player to be exempt from volunteering. If you do not pay this fee you are required to volunteer.
