Registration Information & Forms


To register you will need to either log into your account if you are a returning player or create a new account.

We wanted to share some changes that have come across Mid Florida Pop Warner this year. These changes will affect how we will be breaking down teams. These changes will be across all Mid Florida leagues and eventually across all national Pop Warner. 

Divisions will no longer be based on players age and weight where there was an option for older/lighter, the divisions will now be by age only. Ages will still be based on league age as of July 31, 2019. Divisions will now be separated as follows with no weight restrictions:

6U (ages 5-6)
8U (ages 7-8)
10U (ages 9-10)
12U (ages 11-12)
14U (ages 13-14)

Age group for the upcoming cheer season will remain the same.

Tiny Mite - 5,6 & 7
Mitey-Mite - 7,8 & 9  
Junior PeeWee - 8,9,10 & 11
PeeWee - 9,10,11 & 12  
Junior Varsity - 10,11,12 & 13  
Varisty - 12,13,14,15 & 16


Early registration discount has been extended for the month of April. Register your player(s) before April 30, 2019 and pay $175 per player ( no family discounts). Beginning May 1, 2019 the fee will be $200 for the first player with a $20 discount for each additional player in your immediate family. What you will need for the fall...

  • Pop Warner Sports Physical dated after January 1st of that current year and MUST be on the Pop Warner Physical form.
  • Pop Warner Player Contract completed in FULL and signed by a PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN as well as the PLAYER.
  • Three (3) copies of prior year COMPLETE report card. Must have complete information for the entire year. If report card is not complete, player will be placed on Scholastic Eligibility status.
  • Legible copy of birth certificate.
  • CHEER ONLY: Recent photo of the athlete.


What you will need for the spring...

  • NFL Flag Waiver completed in FULL and signed by a PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN as well as the PLAYER.
  • NFL Flag Sports Physical dated after January 1st of that current year and MUST be on the NFL Flag Sports Physical form.
  • Legible copy of birth certificate.
